The Nu Metro Festive Campaign- “Merry Moola” promotion entails the issue of Merry Moola tickets for qualifying movie ticket purchases, which Merry Moola tickets entitle you to free movie tickets as detailed herein. The Merry Moola promotion allows you to redeem 1 free 2D movie ticket in exchange for 3 Merry Moola tickets.

 

  1. The “Merry Moola” promotion runs from the 16 November 2018 – 15 January 2019, or while stocks last.

 

  1. The “Merry Moola” promotion is open to everyone who purchases any Nu Metro (2D, 3D, 4DX, XTREME, VIP) ticket during the promotional period as stipulated in these terms and conditions.

 

  1. You will receive 1 “Merry Moola” ticket for each Nu Metro (2D, 3D, 4DX, XTREME, VIP) movie ticket purchased during the promotional period.

 

  1. Once you accumulate 3 “Merry Moola” tickets you will be entitled to present the 3 original “Merry Moola” tickets with your original Nu Metro receipt as proof of Nu Metro ticket purchase and claim 1 free Nu Metro 2D movie ticket. The 1 free Nu Metro 2D movie ticket shall constitute a complimentary ticket and as such are subject to rules applicable to complimentary tickets.

 

  1. “Merry Moola” may not be redeemed on the same transaction or on the same day that they were issued.

 

  1. You may collect your “Merry Moola” tickets at “door control” (that is, the point that your movie tickets are presented to a Nu Metro representative for admission to the respective movie theatre, provided that you are duly admitted by such Nu Metro representative). Once a movie ticket stub is torn of you will not be entitled to any Merry Moola. Merry Moola will be deemed as issued for any Movie tickets with torn off stubs.

 

  1. Only original, un-redeemed movie tickets will qualify for “Merry Moola” meaning that Merry Moola will not be issued for movie tickets already watched.

 

  1. You will not qualify for a “Merry Moola” ticket when you purchase a movie ticket by redeeming scene club points or a complimentary ticket.

 

  1. You will not earn scene club point when redeeming Merry Moola for your 1 free 2D complimentary movie ticket.

 

 

  1. No “Merry Moola” will be issued for a movie ticket obtained by redeeming a complimentary or re-admission ticket, including the free complimentary ticket issued when presenting 3 Merry Moola.

 

  1. Any 3 Merry Moola tickets received during the promotional period (16 November 2018 – 15 January 2019) must be redeemed for a FREE 2D MOVIE TICKET by midnight on 30 April 2019. Tickets not redeemed by this time will be forfeited.

 

  1. No member, employee or consultant of Nu Metro Cinemas, a division of Avusa Entertainment Investments (Pty) Ltd and/or any of its affiliated companies and/or agencies; members of their immediate family; or members of the sponsors or suppliers of this competition, including their affiliated companies and/or agencies, or members of their immediate family may participate in this promotion.

 

  1. Merry Moola are not transferrable and/or negotiable or redeemable for cash.

 

  1. Only original Merry Moola will be accepted, no copies will be accepted for redemption of a free 2D movie ticket.

 

  1. The free 2D movie ticket redeemed by presenting 3 “Merry Moola” tickets may not be redeemed against films which prohibit complimentary tickets.

 

 

  1. Nu Metro reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.
