Raftaar Singh, the apple of his mother’s eye, is also the biggest irritant for his father—always looking to have fun and avoid responsibility. One day, fed up of his son’s slacking, the father orders Raftaar to go to Goa and work for a friend and learn to take on responsibility.

Once in Goa, Raftaar impresses his new boss with his enthusiasm and creative thinking. Soon, Raftaar gets an important assignment from his boss which leads him to Sara, and thus begins a unique love story.

Loveable Emily, meanwhile, almost ruins their budding love. What ensues is a comedy of errors, as one comical situation after another unfolds. Raftaar slowly begins to fall head over heels for this exotic, mysterious girl.

What starts as a harmless romance takes a deadly turn when Raftaar realises that Sara is not who he thinks she is, but has an agenda. When Raftaar pursues her to Romania, the question is, will a village simpleton, who can’t even communicate properly, be able to win Sara over in a distant and dangerous land?
