Anya du Plessis returns to South Africa from New York to help her widower father run the struggling family farm.

She leaves behind her boyfriend and colleague, Jacob. The last thing she expects is to fall for Ruan, a stranger to her small home town. On her return, she finds that her father has become obsessed with brewing craft beer. Ruan happens to be scouring the country in search of a new winning beer recipe to take back to his corporate brewer. It gets complicated for Ruan as he starts falling for Anya, when Jacob arrives out of the blue.
