Raja Mishra and his best friend, Rudra, become Uttar Pradesh’s biggest Robin Hoods, and, with the aid of Minister Shukla, they try to omit the other dacoits. Raja meets and falls in love with a Bengali girl, Mitali. Everything is fine until Eaja and Rudra kidnap businessman Bajaj, and Bajaj Rudra. Angry, Raja decides to avenge the murder of his best friend, and the rest of the movie follows Raja as he tries to take revengeand how gets tangled up in the dirty politics of Uttar Pradesh, with everyone working only to their own advantage.
