Shanghai

An American agent from the Naval Intelligence Office, in the months leading up to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour in 1941, returns to Japanese-occupied Shanghai to discover that his friend and fellow agent has been murdered. While he sets about unravelling the mysteries of his friend’s death, he unwittingly falls in love with a beautiful, dangerous woman and stumbles upon a much larger secret that his own government is hiding.
