Eyes Wide Open

Aaron, a married, Orthodox Jewish father of four, falls in love with a 19-year-old homeless Yeshiva student named Ezri. Aaron hires Ezri to work as his apprentice at his butcher shop, where they form a close friendship that eventually develops into an emotional and sexual relationship. Being a devout religious man, living in an ultra-orthodox community, Aaron is torn between his family and his devotion to his god, and the intense feelings he has for Ezri.
