Megan Fox plays Jennifer, a sexy cheerleader with whom everyone wants to be friends or date. Amanda Seyfried is Needy - a plain-Jane friend of Jennifer's. "They're best friends forever."

Typically a mean girl, Jennifer gets possessed and starts feeding on boys - one by one. It's up to Needy to stop Jennifer and save all the boys. However she'll soon learn that Jennifer's possession began with an encounter with a Satan-worshiping rock band.
