Meet Dave

<i>Norbit</i> director Brian Robbins teams up with funnyman Eddie Murphy for a second time - to bring to the screen this ingenious comedy that features Murphy in two roles - as the humanoid alien commander of a giant spacecraft that looks and acts like a larger version of himself, and as the ship.<br /><br />With their home planet in danger and no place in the known universe to seek shelter, a desperate crew of miniature alien humanoids boards a human-looking spacecraft that they name Dave in the hope of saving their doomed world.<br /><br />Arriving on planet earth, the microscopic aliens attempt to integrate Dave smoothly into the scenery without anyone noticing them. Their spacecraft may look like a normal human being, but Dave certainly does not act like one, and it isn't long before the aliens encounter a very big problem - Dave becomes smitten with an Earth woman.<br /><br />Now, as the tiny aliens inside Dave attempt to maintain their disguise and their craft begins to behave more and more erratically, they have to come up with some very imaginative ways to keep from being discovered, while at the same time learning some lessons about love - real human style.
