Winner Selection & Announcement:

• Winners will be selected randomly.
• Nu Metro’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

General:

Booking & Redemption

• Advance booking is essential for all elements of the prize.
• The hotel stay must be booked directly with Radisson Blu Hotel Durban Umhlanga.
• Spa treatments, bowling, and restaurant bookings must be arranged in advance and are subject to each partner’s availability and operating hours.
• The prize must be redeemed as a single package and may not be split across different dates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exclusions

• Any additional meals, beverages, room service, minibar items, spa upgrades, or additional activities not listed in the prize description are for the winner’s own account.
• Transportation to and from the hotel or participating venues is not included.
• Any incidental charges incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the winner.

Transferability & Cash Alternative

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• The prize may not be resold.

Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Radisson Blu Hotel Durban Umhlanga and participating partners to use their name and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• Prize is valid for LIFT flights only and excludes extras.

• The prize letter is not valid for travel during peak travel periods.

• Suitcases are ready for collection.

• The prize does not include any additional costs not specifically stated, including but not limited to transport, meals, insurance, or personal expenses.
• The Luggage Company will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

Prize Description
The prize includes the use of a Pace Car Rental vehicle for the duration of the stay in Durban for the competition winners.

• The vehicle category will be determined by Pace Car Rental and may include an SUV or equivalent vehicle suitable for a family of four, subject to availability at the time of travel.
• The vehicle will be made available from the Pace Car Rental Umhlanga branch or King Shaka International Airport via a meet-and-greet vehicle handover.
• The winner / nominated driver will be personally liable, and sign separate indemnities with Pace Car Rental, in regard to the insurance of and damage to the vehicle during the period of use. The winner / nominated driver and / or Pace Car Rental fully indemnifies Nu Metro in regard to any loss or damage to the vehicle during the period of use. Pace Car Rental’s full terms and conditions of hire will apply to the booking.
• The rental will be valid for a maximum of three (3) days in line with the competition prize itinerary.
• Collection and return times will be confirmed with the winners prior to travel.
• Any extension of the rental period will be for the winner’s own account and subject to Pace Car Rental’s standard rental rates, availability and terms and conditions.
• The Prize must be redeemed by 30 November 2026.
• The refundable security deposit will be waived for this rental as part of the prize.
• The nominated driver must:
  • Be at least 23 years old
  • Hold a valid South African driver’s licence
  • Present a valid identification document or passport
  • Meet Pace Car Rental’s standard driver eligibility requirements.

Insurance and Liability

• The vehicle will be rented under Pace Car Rental’s super cover waiver conditions.
• The renter remains responsible for any applicable waiver liability in the event of damage, accident, or theft.
• The renter is responsible for complying with all traffic laws and regulations during the rental period and any traffic fines will be redirected to the renter and a fine redirection fee may apply.

Fuel and Usage

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
• The prize includes standard kilometre allowance of 200km per day in line with Pace Car Rental’s rental policies.
• Any additional kilometres or fuel charges will be for the renter’s own account.

Vehicle Availability

• The vehicle category provided is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Pace Car Rental reserves the right to substitute the vehicle with a similar or equivalent category vehicle if necessary.

Booking Process

• The winners must coordinate the rental booking directly with Pace Car Rental.
• Winners details will be passed onto Pace Car Rental who will contact the winner to provide the necessary booking details.
• Booking must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to travel to ensure vehicle availability.
• A representative from Pace Car Rental will meet the winners at King Shaka International Airport at the arrivals hall with a name board. The representative will escort the winners to the vehicle and will conduct the check-out process. They will also explain the process for returning the vehicle after the rental period to the airport.

Limitations & Liability

• The prize covers the vehicle rental only.
• The following costs are excluded and remain the responsibility of the winner:
  • Fuel
  • Traffic fines
  • Tolls
  • Additional drivers
  • Optional extras
  • Any additional rental days
