“A lie may take care of the present, but it has no future.” When someone lies to the Akhada king of Ranakpur, Prithviraj Raghuvanshi, he makes sure that the person is left with no future.

Abbas Ali, a young Delhi man, has been drowning in financial problems, which leads him to Shastri's house in Ranakpur, where he gets a job, hoping to take care of himself and his sister, Sania. In a pinch, he accidentally lies about his name, in front of the villagers of Rnakpur, setting off a precarious chain of events.

He lands up working as a supervisor under the Akhada king, who despises lies. One lie leads to another, and a tangled web is woven. Trying to be two different people, Abbas's topsy-turvy journey forces him to invent deception upon decption, ultimately turning him into an absolute ‘Bol Bachchan!’
